Is it as good as ChatGPT?
Honestly? About 70-80% as capable on general tasks. But for your business-specific questions it's often better, because it answers from your actual documents instead of guessing from internet training data. For the tasks your staff do every day, that's more than enough.
What happens if it doesn't know something?
It tells you. It searches your knowledge base and answers from what it finds. If the information isn't there, it says so rather than making something up. That's fundamentally different from public AI, which will confidently fabricate an answer.
Do we need special hardware?
Most businesses already have a machine that'll run it. Engineering workstations, CAD machines, rendering PCs, even a decent modern desktop. We audit your existing kit on day one. You might already own everything you need.
Who updates the knowledge?
